The Coalition creates a culture change that transforms kidney disease care, putting the patient at the center of care, through the integration of palliative approaches and practices.
What does the Coalition do?

The Coalition for Supportive Care of Kidney Patients (CSCKP) provides an opportunity for individuals interested in contributing to its goal: to create a culture change that transforms kidney disease care, putting the patient at the center of care, through the integration of palliative approaches and practices. There is no fee to become a member of the Coalition.

The Coalition serves as an expanded resource for clinicians and allied health professionals; it also offers useful information for patients and families to inform their treatment decisions. Most importantly, the Coalition actively advocates for the integration of palliative care in the treatment of kidney disease. See the Coalition’s strategic plan.
