Kidney Health Guidance: Conservative Kidney Management Workgroup

Defining and developing a Conservative Kidney Management (CKM) care pathway to enable nephrologists to support patients within the CKM reimbursement option.

Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQI) Scientific Workgroup

Developing a standardized core education curriculum for patients with stages 4-5 chronic kidney disease.
